Disclaimer

Please read this to understand what SwiftVane is, and what it is not.

Last updated: October 2026

SwiftVane is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, or with any other company, brand or organisation mentioned on this site.

1. Independent and unofficial

SwiftVane is not the WhatsApp Business Platform or the Meta Cloud API. It links your own WhatsApp number as a companion device, the same way WhatsApp Web does, and sends messages through it. It is built and run independently by Swift Projects.

2. Trademarks

WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners. All other names, logos and brands are the property of their owners. They are used here only to describe compatibility and do not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Risks and no guarantees

  • WhatsApp may change its platform or enforce its own terms at any time. That can restrict or ban a number, interrupt delivery or stop the service working.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery, timing, uptime, or that a number will never be restricted, whatever protections are in place.
  • You are responsible for what you send, who you send it to and for complying with WhatsApp's terms and the laws that apply to you.
  • Payments are non-refundable once made. That includes situations caused by WhatsApp or Meta, such as a restricted or banned number or a change to their platform (see our Terms of Service).

4. Examples and comparisons

Names, phone numbers, order IDs and conversations shown in demos, screenshots and examples are fictional and for illustration only. Comparisons with other products reflect our understanding at the time of writing; features and terms of other products change, so please check them directly.

5. Not legal or professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or professional advice. Check the rules that apply to your messages, such as consent and marketing laws in the places where your recipients live.
